Pegasus Classic Engineering specialises in the restoration, preparation, and operation of historic racing cars from the 1950s to the present day. Our team boasts over 80 years of racing experience across various prestigious platforms, including Formula 1, Le Mans, and GT racing.
We are seeking an experienced Historic Motorsport Operations Manager to work alongside our Director, leading workshop operations, race team activities, customer projects and business operations across the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day operation of the workshop and race team

Manage customer restoration, race preparation and rebuild projects

Plan workshop schedules, resources and project delivery

Lead UK and European race meetings, test days and trackside operations

Work alongside the Director to improve operations and support the continued growth of Pegasus
Who You are

Proven experience managing a workshop and motorsport team

Strong knowledge of historic race cars, restoration and race preparation

A confident leader with excellent planning and communication skills

Calm under pressure with the ability to make decisions at the circuit

Passionate about historic motorsport and maintaining exceptional standards

Flexible to travel throughout the UK and Europe

Full UK driving licence
